腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术：目前该术式被认为是结直肠癌根治术的金标准。我科常规开展该项手术，目前已成功完成腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术1000余例，年手术量300例左右。其在根治性切除、保留肛门功能、保护膀胱功能和性功能方面与开放手术无明显差异，但在术后恢复时间、患者疼痛评分、切口感染率、失血量等方面明显优于开放手术。尤其目前我科以快速康复医学为理论指导，术前均不常规插胃管、不应用泻剂做胃肠道准备，术后24小时进流质饮食，减轻了术前应激，加速了术后康复速度，平均住院时间缩减至8.3天。

Introduction of featuredtechniques:

Laparoscopic-assistedradical resection for colorectal cancer: Currently, it is regarded as the goldstandard of resection of colorectal cancer. We have routinely carried out thisoperation in our department, and so far, more than 1000 cases are successfullyperformed with laparoscopic-assisted radical resection for colorectal cancerand our annual surgical operations can be about 300. This kind of surgery hasno significant difference from open surgery in radical excision, preservationof sphincter, protection of bladder function and sexual function, yet it isobviously more advantageous in postoperative recovery time, visual analog scalepain scores, the infection rate of surgical incision, blood loss volume andother aspects. In particular, our department is now taking the fast trackrecovery as theoretical guidance. So we have given up the conventionalpreoperative practices of gastric tube insertion and gastrointestinalpreparation by purgative prescription for the patients and have advocated someliquid diet in 24 hours after surgery, which eases the patient’s preoperativestress reaction, enhances postoperative recovery and even shortens the averagehospital stay to 8.3 days.
